PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECT: Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep • Eschscholtzia, St. John’s Wort and Valerian act favorably on the relaxation.

INFORMATION TO THE CONSUMER: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

SUGGESTED DAILY DOSAGE: 10 drops. To be taken before going to bed, with water or other lukewarm beverage (± 35° C) • Shake before use.

INGREDIENTS: fluid e. from: Eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica Chamisson) flowers, St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowers, water; fluid. e. from Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root; d.e. from Houpu-Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder et Wilson) bark, alcohol, fructose; Sweeteners: sucralose; Melatonin 0.4%; Flavour: orange, Emulgator: polysorbate 80; Vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochlorid).

DAILY CONTENTS OF PLANT EXTRACTS: Eschscholtzia 90 mg, St. John’s Wort 68 mg (3.4 μg of Hypericine Hyperforin/Hypericine <7), Valerian 45 mg, Houpu-Magnolia 6.8 mg.

VITAMINS CONTENTS PER DAILY DOSE: Vit. B6 0.2 mg.

DAILY CONTENTS OF OTHER NUTRITIONAL FACTORS: melatonin 1 mg.
